Administrative Law
We provide representation in recourses against the government or other public bodies before the Administrative Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Constitutional Court and other tribunals. We also provide legal advice on administrative law matters. The cases we handle involve primarily administrative fines. Nonetheless, upon request and following a thorough evaluation of a case, we can also provide representation and assistance on other matters falling within the spectrum of administrative law.
